Charity Tour of Homes

The newest bright spot to happen to the custom homebuilding industry in Nashville is the "Charity Tour of Homes". The year 2010 saw seven new homes constructed on owner’s lots throughout Middle Tennessee with large discounts and savings being enjoyed by each custom client. The McPherson-Shaw home was a contemporary masterpiece at 4400 Franklin Road. It was an Asian meets Modern meets Frank Lloyd Wright style residence set on two acres.

Each homeowner was able to select the charity of their choice and all the proceeds were donated back to area charities. Over $17,000 total was donated back to these seven organizations.
